Here are Photos of People Smashing Canon Photography Equipment

This is pretty old but worth checking out if you haven’t seen it. This blog post shows people destroying a half million dollars worth of Canon photography gear with hammers.

Why are they committing such a heinous crime against humanity? Apparently the gear was damaged during transportation/storage and Canon didn’t want it accidentally making it to the shelves.

Still though, why’d they have to smash this beautiful white lens? We’d have paid (at least) a hundy for it.
