Pentax introduced a new Compact System Camera (CSC) this morning with a one letter name: the Q. The company claims the 12.4-megapixel Q is the “smallest and lightest interchangeable lens camera” on the market right now.
The light and compact Pentax Q uses a backlit CMOS imaging sensor that’s 1/2.3 inch in size.
The Q is slated to go on sale in the U.S. in the fall for an expected price of $800 which includes a standard kit lens.
